The Murrumbateman Adult Riding Club was established in 1996 to provide a friendly atmosphere in which to ride and learn more about horses and horsemanship.
MARC provides support, inspiration and encouragement for its members. Club training days are held at the Murrumbateman Recreation Ground on the third Sunday of the month.
The focus is on education and training - over half the activities each year are devoted to training days, with a strong emphasis on safety.
The club is affiliated with Equestrian Australia and this provides the club with its insurance. MARC uses EA/NCAS registered coaches and other appropriately insured instructors.
Training days are for adults only and are open to members and EA members. Those intending to ride at a training day must register with the Events Secretary before the event.
The Club holds monthly training days and the highly popular dressage and jumping competitions for the lower levels.
